1.1 Product Definition

This product is an intelligent voice assistant integrating offline and optional online functions. Core features include: 1. Offline Voice Input Conversion: Running on local AI models, converting your speech to text in real-time. All processing occurs on your local device without internet connection. 2. Optional Online Functions: Third-party API services for semantic correction and text rewriting. These require internet connection and are strictly optional.

1.2 Scope of Application

This policy applies to all functions, including installation, offline input, settings, and third-party API calls.

Special Note: Offline features do not connect to the internet. Online features only transmit data when you explicitly enable them.

II. Core Privacy Principles

  • Local First: All offline voice data and records are processed locally and never uploaded.
  • Minimum Necessity: We only collect/process information essential for core functions. We do not access contacts, location, or photos.
  • User Control: You have full control to view/delete local data and enable/disable permissions.
  • Transparency: We clearly inform you of all information processing activities.

III. Information Collection and Use

3.1 Offline Voice Input (Core Function)

  • Microphone Permission: Used only for real-time voice input. Raw audio is processed in memory and cleared immediately after recognition. We do not store raw audio files.
  • Storage Permission (Optional): Used to store local AI models and custom vocabularies.
  • Accessibility Permission (Optional): Used to input recognized text into your current application (simulating keyboard input).

3.2 Optional Online Functions (Third-party APIs)

If you choose to use semantic correction or text rewriting:

  • Data Transmission: Only converted text (or necessary audio fragments for recognition APIs) is sent to the chosen third-party provider. No personal identity info is transmitted.
  • Permissions: Internet access is required only for these specific API calls.

3.3 Information We DO NOT Collect

We strictly do not collect: Personal Identity Information (Name, ID, Phone), Device Identifiers (IMEI, MAC), Behavioral Data, or other unrelated information (Location, Contacts).

IV. Data Storage and Protection

4.1 Local Storage

All offline data (AI models, custom vocabularies, history) is stored only on your device.

4.2 Security

We use industry-standard encryption for local data. Online transmission (if enabled) uses HTTPS encryption.

V. User Rights

You have the right to know, decide, delete, and complain regarding your data. You can clear all local data via settings or by uninstalling the product.
