Yuu Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Yuu Voice Assistant software ("Product").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Product.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Product on devices capable of running the Product.
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
- Use the Product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Product.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.
4. Intellectual Property
The Product, including but not limited to its code, design, and interfaces, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Product following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
